Mannsdale Upper Elementary School

Dale|Bailey provided full architectural and interior design services to the Madison County District for a new 67,400 SF upper elementary school, grades 3-5, totaling approximately $10.0 million. The school serves 600 students with potential expansion for up to 840 students. The first phase was completed in 2015, and we are currently working on a 4-classroom addition.
