Dale | Bailey provided full architectural services for the additions and renovations of Brandon Middle School. The new construction is 55,989 sf and includes a new band and chorus hall, cafeteria with kitchen, media center, sixteen classrooms, and a new walkway that connects the main campus with 6th grade. The remaining 99,127 sf of renovations include electrical, mechanical, finishes, fire alarms, intercom systems, painting and air conditioning the gym.
